Hello guys, recently I have noticed, that many of the Netflix subscribers are having trouble in accessing their account, outside their country. Also there are many subscribers who want to stream the content of other regions like USA, UK etc., as the service provided by Netflix, differ in terms of content, in different countries across the world, The content in other countries around the world is much less than the content offered in USA (Netflix India has on 7% of the content available in USA). That’s why I have dedicated this separate article, solely for the purpose of providing a solution or an alternative for these kind of problems (How to use VPNs to unlock GeoBlocked COntent). The article is not only for Netflix but for all the other online streaming services like Hulu Plus, HBO NOW, Vudu etc. So the main topics we are going to discuss in this article are :-
How can I access my Netflix account, from a different country?
How can I stream the content of other countries with same Netflix account?
How can I access Netflix, even if it is not available in my country?
Does VPNs supports other Streaming Services ?
Why Netflix Serve Different Content in Different Countries?
Before talking about different VPNs or Proxies, let me just tell you the reasons for the service disparities of Netflix when crossing borders. Movies and Television Series production companies spent a heavy amount of money on each movie or show they release. Most of the main stream movies these days, cost over 100 million dollars. Disney production, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, sitting at the top of the list, alone had a production cost of 378 million dollars(approx) followed by Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End ($300 million) and Avengers: Age of Ultron($279.9). On the other hand Television Series are not not much behind in terms of budget, On top of the list is the famous TV show ER ($13 million per episode ) followed by Friends ($10 million per episode) and Game Of Thrones($6 million per episode).
Movies and TV Shows production Studios enforce copyright by country, as different markets have different demands in different countries. Also the laws and taxes on media entertainment are different in different countries. Netflix has to sign a separate licencing deal to provide content for a country, which requires a lot of money and time. So all these things collectively determine the availability of varying content across the world.

Use of VPNs to stream Netflix Around The World
The acronym VPN stands for Virtual Private Network. A VPN helps you to extend a private network across a public network. In simple language, what a VPN will do is, it will change your virtual location (IP address) to some anonymous location say USA, such that Netflix will think that you are a subscriber from USA and will allow you to stream the content of USA.
Since the last year, the use of VPNs is banned by Netflix, as you can see in their terms and conditions, there is a full paragraph stating pretty clearly that the streaming giant reserves the right to cut subscribers off if it discovers they’re not accessing the Netflix service of the country they’re resident in. The thing is that Netflix gets a lot of pressure from production, against its blindeye for VPN users.
So in January 2016, Netflix announced that they are going to ban all their subscribers within 2 months. Earlier this year few countries (including Australia) encountered problems while accessing Netflix, which disappointed few of its subscribers, and encouraged the developers to develop, more efficient services.
That said, we haven’t heard much about, Netflix cancelling the subscriptions of VPN users. This is because of the fact that, more than half of the subscribers of Netflix are from the countries where it doesn’t even serve. According to a leading news agency The Guardian about 30 million(almost half) of the Netflix subscribers are from the countries where Netflix service is not available. The figures, which come from market research firm GlobalWebIndex, show that Netflix has more than 20 million users in China alone. I think now you can decide well for yourself, whether you should use it or not.

Does VPN work for all the streaming services ?
Yes, VPNs work for all the online streaming services, there is no such thing like VPNs for Netflix, all the VPNs operates under same function of changing you geographical locations, to give you access to the platforms which are blocked in your country or region. So VPNs will work for all the streaming service like Hulu Plus, HBO NOW, Amazon Prime Instant Videos, Sling TV etc.
You might encounter a problem while registering for a paid service, as they ask you for your credit card details which might reveal your location. So what you can do is that, you can create an account in Paypal, and choose your payment mode as
